1984 – 2005: OVER 20 YAERS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE
The Valsesia Trial and Mountain Bike School, opened at the end of the
70's, in 2004 reachied a new and important goal: over twenty years of official
tried and true business. This objective remains, as ever, the basis for new
offroad experiences on two wheels, with or without an engine. More than twenty
years is a long time, and has allowed the the development of the school side by
side with the birth of Trial and Mountain Bike throughout Italy, important
sports with all the known variations. Founder and Director of the School, is
Mario Alesina, 42 years of age, born and bred in the area the Valsesia Trial and
Mountain Bike School is located in. A
true enthusiast for the world of offroad riding, after his brilliant athletic
riding career and having been a focal point in activities that have led to the
development of Trial, motormountaineering and mountain bike everywhere and not
only in Valsesia. He is assisted as ever by a fully qualified technical staff
ready to put their organisational and human experience at the disposal of the
school and its patrons. Without their help it would have been impossible to
achieve and consolidate a new form of tourism that has brought thousands of
visitors to Valsesia, the majority of whom use local touristic resources. Thanks
are due also to all those who have contributed to the realisation and
continuation of the school, which thanks to the Valsesia, a superb natural
resource, has come of age with fine credentials and enormous opportunities of
new development. The
whole of the Staff of the school, defined as one of the most qualified and best
equipped at world level, and recognised as having always given enormous
attention to the impact on the environment as a result of tourist use of the
mountain areas, will be grateful for new and greater support in the future, from
whomsoever such support may come, and also hopes, of course, for the
continuation of all support so gratefully received to date

Year of Business
After two months spent “playing around” with courses on riding in the snow, March is with us again and so is the true beginning of activities at the Trial, Motormountaineering and Mountain Bike School of Valsesia. In the green valley of the River Sesia, dominated by the 4,000 metres of the second highest mountain in Europe, Monte Rosa, all off-road enthusiasts of two-wheel riding will have the chance to spend full days plunged into places of great natural beauty, assisted by a full team of qualified instructors. Headed up by Mario Alesina, founder and director since 1984, official date of inception of the school, these are all professionals with over twenty years of specific experience at all levels behind them, who teach the courses they have prepared with real passion. Choice ranges from single days and weekends of Trial, Motormountaineering, or excursions on Mountain Bikes, to full weeks of complete courses on two wheels, with or without an engine. All the courses are integrated with athletic preparation, courses in the pychology of the discipline, notions of food science, mechanics, rules and other aspects of training such as use of the cardiofrequency machine, planning of trips, etc. Ample space is dedicated to the main activities of Trial, Motormountaineering, Mountain Bike, Bike Trial, Heli-Bike, Ski Bike and Snow Bike in pleasant surroundings, together with associated organisations specialising in other sports such as Rafting, Hydrospeed, Kayak, Bungee Jumping, summer skiing, etc. Practically all sports opportunities the mountains have to offer.
