VALSESIA SCHOOL OF MOTORMOUNTAINEERING THE FIRST IN ITALY By using your driving skills, acquired thanks to the Trial School, or those which you already possess, you will be led along Valsesian excursion itineraries of great beauty. Three types to choose from: EASY, AVERAGE and DIFFICULT, with the possibility of excursions of two or more days with overnight stay in a hut or refuge. You will discover charming landscapes and all the tricks for organizing a motormountaineering outing in complete safety while enjoying the many facets of nature that the Valsesia as to offer. The School is operated in compliance with the rules contained in Law No. 32/1982 "Protection of the Environment", on itineraries authorized by the Communes. As a result our activities are carried out in ways that denote respect for the mountain environment and its inhabitants, a respect owed by all those who visit our valley for the purpose of taking a holiday or enjoying sports activities. COURSES AND ADVENTURE HOLIDAYS These are easily described. They are the fruit of the cooperation between the Valsesia Trial School and the Canoeing and Rafting Schools existing in the Valley. The Schools are situated a few kilometres from each other. Consequently, their related experiences and equipment allow anybody to try out new sports, such as ours, or Kayak, Rafting, Hydrospeed and "Torrent Rafting"in complete safety. During your stay in the Valley you will live, day by day, beautiful new experiences in great friendship with fellow students and instructors. We will devote five days to sports which will vary every day, all in the spirit of amusement and friendship that are indispensable for those of you who will begin to compete in this activity: 1st day. trial or motormountaineering 2nd day: mountain bike or mountain trial 3rd day. kayak or rafting 4th day: hydrospeed or "torrent rafting" 5th day: repetition of one of the activities The exact programme of the course will be drawn up day by day bearing in mind that weather conditions are our main reference. All the equipment-with the exception of personal clothing-will be supplied. Personal clothing suggested: mountain-boots, sports overalls, bathing suits, woollen pullovers, k-way waterproofs on woollens. Fees depend on the actual activities performed during the week.
TRAVEL Around Europe and the World on two wheels with the knowledge of one who has already been there. This is the new way of travelling with a Guide who will also be your instructor. Some suggestions: the Scottish Six-Day Trial in Scotland, the Tres Dias de los Cingles in Spain, the trials of the World Trial Championship, Mount Olympus and the Meteors in Greece, the dunes in the Sahara desert, Nepal by Mountain Bike.
