MOUNTAIN BIKE, COURSES IN BMT, HELI BIKE, SKI BIKE All about Mountain Biking: Crossing of the "Alta Valsesia" Natural Park, of the Natural Reserve of the Sacro Monte of Varallo and of the Natural Park of the Natural Park of Monte Fenera Mountain biking, a cycling speciality which has been established in Italy for some years having reached us from America, is now a firmly established sport and activity at our school. We will organize for you trips and excursions, touching on places of great natural interest. By exploiting the qualities of these amazing bicycles, we will train you to learn, refine and fully exploit your skills on the vehicle, giving you useful suggestions for starting out and improving your skills in this new speciality. In addition to Trial and Motormountaineering the School has been concerned with Mountain Biking and BMT since inception. The Valsesia, comparatively scarce in classical itineraries for these sports, is however exceptionally rich in incredible trial routes also suitable for bikes. Downhill runs where the terrain, combined with a minimum of balance and technique, really emphasizes amusement at its highest level. That is the reason for enjoying the proposals of the Valsesia Trial School, which organizes guided excursions through places of great natural interest, including the three Valsesian parks, during which, apart from the necessary safety rules and knowledge of the places, it will be possible to learn and improve basic techniques thanks to qualified instructors. Enjoyment and no effort? Sure! It is sufficient to take part in a downhill run where the return to the top is performed by mechanic installations, chairlifts and cableways. It is certainly worth trying the Heli Bike: a few minutes to get down peaks which can otherwise only be reached through hours of physical effort. Among the School’s staff, as with motorbikes, are exceptional instructors, champions with bicycles, both BMT and Mountain Bike. If it snows: no problem, you can try ski bikes. BMT COURSES
